PRE SWIM
Swimmers can use TRIHARD’s Pre & Post Swim Conditioner prior to swimming to provide an additional protective layer that is enriched with PLECOTECH™ which is our proprietary patent-pending cleansing technology that is based on the optimal ratio of natural Red Algae, Dead Sea Minerals, and Botanical Extracts. POST SWIM
Our Conditioner is formulated with Argan Oil and Vitamin B5 to restore healthy texture post swim and is also enriched with Shea Butter and Almond Oil to hydrate and soothe dry and brittle hair.

HOW TO USE PRE-SWIM
- Apply a generous amount and gently massage through your hair and scalp.
- If you are being asked to shower before entering the pool, after initial application rinse product off lightly, without using soap.
- Put your swim cap on.
HOW TO USE POST-SWIM
- Apply the product and gently massage through your hair and scalp
- Close your eyes for 10 seconds and focus on one aspect from your workout that you want to keep doing and one thing you want to improve
- Rinse thoroughly
- Take a few deep breaths and remind yourself – I am strong!
